The device comprises a basic positioner, a fixing sleeve, an alignment positioner, a positioning sleeve and a fixer, wherein the bottom of the fixing sleeve is embedded and fixed at a specific position of a structural floor slab, the basic positioner is mounted at the top of the fixing sleeve, the basic positioner comprises a first positioning vertical pipe, a form parallel to the structural floor slab is arranged above the structural floor slab, the fixer is connected to the form by means of a bolt, the positioning sleeve is fixedly connected to the exterior of the fixer in a sleeving mode, the alignment positioner is mounted on the top of the positioning sleeve and comprises a second positioning vertical pipe and a positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism is located on one side of the second positioning vertical pipe, and the free end of the positioning mechanism sequentially penetrates through the second positioning vertical pipe, the fixer and the form from top to bottom, extends out of the first positioning vertical pipe and is coaxially arranged with the second positioning vertical pipe. The pre-embedding device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, easy to mount and dismount, and capable of greatly improving accuracy of the post-pouring pipe well sleeve pre-embedding and reducing a position error of a vertical pipeline.
