The mounting device comprises a base, a buffer mechanism and a fixing mechanism; the power transmission pole is buried in a foundation pit through the base, so that the diameter of the position, making contact with the ground, of the power transmission pole can be increased through the base, and the strength of the end, inserted into the ground, of the power transmission pole is guaranteed; the base is connected with the fixing mechanism so that the power transmission pole can be fixed in the foundation pit; the buffer mechanism is located between the base and the foundation pit; the buffer mechanism has an elastic trend enabling the base to be far away from the foundation pit, and the buffer mechanism can buffer deflection acting force transmitted to the base by the power transmission pole, that is, when the power transmission pole receives the effect of wind power, the power transmission pole can transmit acting force to the buffer mechanism through the base; and the buffer mechanism can unload the acting force, so that the service life of the power transmission pole is guaranteed, and the technical problems that in the prior art, the position, making contact with the ground, of the power transmission pole is likely to be broken, and the broken power transmission pole can cause potential safety hazards to the periphery are solved.
