The invention relates to a handle for a bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy door and a bridge-cutoff aluminum alloy window. The handle comprises a handle shell, wherein the interior of the handle shell is of a cavity structure, a first opening and a second opening penetrate through the handle shell, and a fingerprint identification device is installed on the handle shell. A clutch device, a motor device, a power source device and a control circuit board are sequentially installed inside the handle shell from the first opening. One end of the clutch device penetrates out of the second opening, the power source device, the motor device and the fingerprint identification device are electrically connected with the control circuit board, and the motor device is used for controlling the clutch device to conduct clutch operation. The handle is characterized in that a cover plate is installed in the first opening, the fingerprint identification device is installed on the top of the first opening through the cover plate, and a solar cell panel which can charge the power source device is installed on the other side of the cover plate. The handle has the beneficial effects that the power source device is charged to store energy through the solar cell panel, a battery does not need to be replaced or taken down to be charged, the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection advocated by China are met, and the service life of a lock is greatly prolonged.
