The invention discloses a forming process of a main bolt structure of a fireproof lock. The forming process comprises the following steps that an iron roll material is subjected to blanking and stamping production through a progressive die to be machined into a dead bolt plate with a bent part at one end, and the bent part is used for mounting and fixing one fixing foot of a dead bolt plate swing rod spring; and a dead bolt heat is connected to the dead bolt plate. By means of the main bolt structure of the fireproof lock, the problem that a spring rivet of an original structure is poor in riveting and falls off can be thoroughly and effectively solved, meanwhile, the material consumption of a lock body can be reduced, a riveting procedure is omitted, and therefore the product cost is reduced to a certain degree, the product reliability is improved, and the market competitiveness of the product is enhanced.
