The invention discloses an aluminum alloy door and window capable of rapidly draining water. The aluminum alloy door and window comprises two sets of positioning frames; a bottom plate and a transverse plate are arranged at the bottoms and the tops of the sides, close to each other, of the two sets of positioning frames correspondingly; a flow guide plate is arranged at the bottom of the interior of the transverse plate; through holes are formed in the bottoms of the two sides of the interior of the transverse plate correspondingly; the through holes communicate with the tops of one sides of the interiors of the positioning frames; sealing baffles are arranged at the tops of the interiors of the two sets of positioning frames; drainage pipes are arranged at the bottoms of the sides, away from each other, of the two sets of sealing baffles; and the drainage pipes extend to the bottoms of the sides of the exteriors of the positioning frames. Through mutual cooperation of the transverse plate, the positioning frames, the flow guide plate, the through holes, the sealing baffles and the drainage pipes, the drainage efficiency of the aluminum alloy door and window can be effectively improved, so that accumulation of rainwater in the aluminum alloy door and window is reduced, the cleanliness of the interior of the aluminum alloy door and window is improved, and meanwhile the use comfort of the device is improved.
