The invention relates to the technical field of solar photovoltaic, in particular to a solar photovoltaic module and a shutter based on solar energy. The solar photovoltaic module comprises a frame and a photovoltaic module body, wherein the photovoltaic module body sequentially comprises an outer side glass layer, a solar cell, a bottom glass layer, a hollow layer, an inner side glass layer and a low-radiation metal film layer from top to bottom. According to the invention, the photovoltaic module is jointly formed by the outer side glass layer, the solar cell, the bottom glass layer, the hollow layer, the inner side glass layer and the low-radiation metal film layer, so that the photovoltaic module body is more durable; a first motor drives a first worm rod to rotate in a transmission cavity, the first worm rod drives an engaged first worm wheel to rotate, and a transmission shaft rod drives a protection assembly to rotate and incline through a rotating shaft cylinder, so that the photovoltaic assembly is adjusted to a certain degree according to the change of the illumination angle; and a liquid conveying main pipe can convey a cleaning liquid to a liquid distribution pipe under the action of a booster pump and is sprayed out through a spraying head to conduct spraying cleaning on the outer surface of the protection assembly.
