Antibacterial and antistatic laboratory ceramic countertop and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and discloses an antibacterial and antistatic laboratory ceramic countertop and a preparation method thereof. The laboratory ceramic countertop comprises a green body and a glaze layer, and the glaze layer is prepared from zirconium oxide and an antistatic antibacterial material; and the antistatic antibacterial material is prepared from nano zinc/antimony co-doped tin oxide, nano zinc oxide, nano antimony trioxide and micron tin oxide. The zirconium oxide is introduced into the glaze layer, so that a glass network structure can be reinforced in the glaze, and the chemical corrosion resistance of the glaze surface is improved; and meanwhile, by adding the antistatic antibacterial material, the ceramic countertop has antibacterial and antistatic functions. According to the obtained laboratory ceramic countertop, the toughness and the cutting performance of the green body are effectively improved, meanwhile, the obtained ceramic countertop has excellent antibacterial and anti-static performance, and the application prospect is wide.
