The invention discloses a powder grinding device for vacuum glass processing and a powder grinding method of the device. The powder grinding device comprises a circulating conveying belt, a transverse partition plate is arranged on the outer side of a belt body of the circulating conveying belt, two vertical plates are symmetrically fixed to the two sides of the circulating conveying belt, a material box and a guide plate are fixed to the two vertical plates jointly, and the two vertical plates rotationally support adjusting lead screws correspondingly; a hand wheel is fixed to the outer end of each adjusting lead screw, the outer sides of the adjusting lead screws are sleeved with movable seats, guide wheels are rotationally supported on one sides of the movable seats through lugs, powder cylinders are fixed to the other sides of the movable seats, feeding pipes are arranged on the outer sides of the upper portions of the powder cylinders, and the feeding pipes are connected with material boxes through pumping pipes, conveying rotating shafts are arranged in the powder cylinders, and shaft bodies of the conveying rotating shafts are provided with conveying screw blades and thread grooves. The powder grinding mechanism is arranged above the circulating conveying belt and comprises two powder cylinders with adjustable positions, so that the powder grinding requirements of glass workpieces with different widths are met; and a spiral conveying assembly is arranged in each powder cylinder, so that quantitative and uniform discharging can be realized.
