The invention discloses a mine filling cementing material which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70%-90% of slag, 0%-15% of fly ash, 5%-20% of gypsum, 1%-5% of clinker, 0%-5% of lime and 0.5%-2% of an excitant. The production process is simple, can be briefly described as 'two times of grinding and one time of mixing', namely slag grinding, auxiliary material grinding and finished product mixing, and is low in production cost, low-carbon and environment-friendly. A relatively low mixing ratio of the cementing material to the tailings can be realized, and the mine filling cost is further reduced.
