The invention discloses a low-temperature porcelainized ceramic insulating material suitable for a complex insulating structure and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic insulating material is prepared from, by mass, 10-20% of silicone rubber, 30-40% of ceramic forming filler, 15-30% of a low-melting-point fluxing agent, 15-30% of fumed silica and the balance of functional auxiliaries and inevitable impurities, wherein the functional auxiliaries comprises a structured control agent and a vulcanizing agent, and the total amount of the structured control agent and the vulcanizing agent is 1-3%. According to the invention, the precursor obtained after mixing and vulcanization has excellent mechanical properties, and then the precursor is processed and molded into a shape with a complex insulation structure and is sintered to obtain a ceramic body finished product which has the properties of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, radiation protection, excellent heat-conducting property and the like. Meanwhile, the porcelainization temperature of the ceramic material is reduced, a compact ceramic body is prepared at the temperature of 1000 DEG C, the actual application requirement is met, and the defects of an existing ceramic insulating material are overcome.
本发明公开了一种适用于复杂绝缘结构的低温瓷化陶瓷绝缘材料及其制备方法,按质量百分比计,所述陶瓷绝缘材料由以下原料组成:硅橡胶10-20%,成瓷填料30-40%,低熔点助熔剂15-30%,气相二氧化硅15-30%,余量为功能助剂以及不可避免的杂质,其中,所述功能助剂包括结构化控制剂和硫化剂,结构化控制剂和硫化剂共计1-3%。本发明利用混炼、硫化后得到的前驱体具有的优良机械性能,进而将前驱体加工成型为复杂绝缘结构的形状后,再进行烧结,烧结成瓷后得到的陶瓷体成品具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、防辐射、导热性能优异等性能,同时,降低了陶瓷材料的成瓷温度,实现了在1000℃下制得致密的陶瓷体,满足了实际的应用需求,克服了现有陶瓷绝缘材料所存在的不足。
