Large-particle porous ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses large-particle porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The large-particle porous ceramic comprises a main material and an adhesive, wherein the range of the particle size D50 of the main material is 50-1500 [mu]m, and the adhesive is composed of a low-temperature adhesive and a high-temperature adhesive. According to the invention, a ceramic main material, an adhesive and other additives are mixed to form a solid mixture or slurry, a mold cavity is filled, pressing or pouring is performed to form a green body, and the green body is fired to form the large-particle porous ceramic; the obtained large-particle porous ceramic does not need to refine ceramic particles, so that the limitation on the particle size, purity and the like of raw materials in the prior art is reduced, and the application range is wide; and the porous ceramic prepared by the method is used in cooperation with a low-temperature adhesive and a high-temperature adhesive, and rapid and uniform bonding of the porous ceramic at the temperature of 1000 DEG C or below is realized in low-temperature degreasing and glue discharging and medium-high-temperature bonding sintering, so that the open porosity can reach 95% or above, and the bending strength is not smaller than 2 MPa.
