The invention discloses a dust-raising-preventing efficient cleaning sweeper, and relates to environmental sanitation equipment. A water tank, a sleeve, a motor, a fan and a filter tank are arranged on the vehicle body; a fixing block is arranged at the middle part of the side wall of the filter tank; a spring is arranged in the sleeve, one end of the spring is connected to the vehicle body, and the other end of the spring vertically and upwards extends out of the sleeve to be connected with the fixing block; a filter screen is arraged at the middle part in the filter tank, the left side and the right side of the lower end of the filter box are each provided with a vibration mechanism. The input end of the fan is communicated with the dust suction pipe, the dust suction pipe vertically extends downwards, penetrates through the vehicle body and extends out to be communicated with the dust suction port, the output end of the fan is connected with the dust discharge pipe, and the dust discharge pipe is communicated to the upper end of the filter box; the output end of the motor is connected with a rotating shaft which vertically and downwards extends out of the vehicle body, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with a brush. And the cleaned objects are screened, so that follow-up treatment work is facilitated. Water in the water tank is pumped out through the electric pump and sprayed out from the spray head through the water spraying pipe, dust raising on the ground is reduced, and the environment cleanliness is improved.
