The automatic drainage device comprises a drainage box, wherein a water baffle is fixedly installed on one side of the drainage box, a cover plate is detachably arranged on the upper surface of the drainage box, an automatic drainage mechanism is fixedly arranged on the surface of the drainage box, and a mincing mechanism is fixedly arranged in the drainage box. Compared with the prior art, water in the farmland drives a floating plate to ascend, the floating plate drives a sliding block to vertically ascend, the sliding block drives a sealing door plate and a sealing strip to ascend, water in a paddy field enters the drainage box through a water inlet, a filtering plate filters water in the drainage box, and water in the drainage box is drained out of the farmland through filtering holes; and when the water level in the farmland is reduced, the floating plate synchronously descends along with the water level in the farmland, and meanwhile the sealing door plate synchronously descends along with the water level in the farmland, so that automatic drainage of excessive water in the farmland is completed, the drainage convenience of the farmland is effectively improved, and a large amount of manual operation time is saved.
