The invention discloses an earth pressure cell embedding device for measuring lateral pressure. The earth pressure cell embedding device comprises a vertical guide cylinder, a sliding block, an ejection device and a one-way locking device. The outer side face of the vertical guide cylinder at least comprises a vertical plane, and the vertical plane is provided with a through hole allowing an earth pressure cell to penetrate; the sliding block is arranged in the vertical guide cylinder in a sliding manner in the vertical direction and comprises a fixing plate and a guide cylinder which are fixedly connected; the guide cylinder is provided with a guide hole, and the earth pressure cell is arranged in the guide hole in a sliding manner in the transverse direction; the ejection device comprises a vertical shaft, a fixing rod and a connecting rod; the vertical shaft is rotationally arranged on the fixing plate; the first end of the fixing rod is fixedly connected with the vertical shaft, the second end of the fixing rod is rotationally connected with the first end of the connecting rod, and the second end of the connecting rod is rotationally connected with the earth pressure cell; and the one-way locking device is used for enabling the earth pressure cell to slide in a one-way manner from inside to outside. Compared with the prior art, the mounting position of the earth pressure cell can be adjusted according to needs, and the earth pressure cell can be recycled.
