The method comprises the steps of after earth excavation forming, pouring a cushion layer, and laying waterproof coiled materials; manufacturing a reinforcement cage on site; hoisting and accurately positioning the reinforcement cage; pouring slope bottom concrete; hoisting a steel reinforced column; performing column foot grouting; binding steel reinforced columns and bearing platform steel bars; after cable rope embedded parts are embedded, and a raft plate cushion layer is poured, installing cable ropes; after the position of the steel reinforced columns are corrected, hoisting section steel beams; after the binding of raft reinforcing steel bars (raft plate bottom layer steel bars are welded to the steel reinforced columns) is completed, and the checking and acceptance is completed, pouring concrete in the bearing platform to the bottom of the raft plate; dismounting the cable ropes, and pouring raft plate concrete; erecting a frame body, laying the steel reinforced columns and section steel beam formworks, and binding steel bars; and pouring concrete. The construction method provided by the invention has the advantages that the vertical bearing capacity of a core tube can be effectively improved, the safety and reliability of a structural system are improved, the pulling resistance is increased, and the displacement is reduced, so that the overall rigidity of the structure is increased, higher stability is achieved, and the construction difficulty can be effectively reduced.
本发明公开了一种多层建筑钢骨砼核心筒结构嵌合式基础固定装置的施工方法,包括土方开挖成型后浇筑垫层并铺贴防水卷材;钢筋笼现场制作;钢筋笼吊装并精准定位;浇筑坡底混凝土;钢骨柱吊装;柱脚灌浆;绑扎钢骨柱及承台钢筋;预埋缆风绳预埋件、浇筑筏板垫层后安装缆风绳;校正钢骨柱位置后吊装型钢梁;筏板钢筋绑扎(筏板底层钢筋与钢骨柱焊接)完成并验收后浇筑承台内混凝土至筏板底;卸掉缆风绳并浇筑筏板混凝土;架体搭设、钢骨柱与型钢梁模板铺设及钢筋绑扎;混凝土浇筑。本发明能有效增大核心筒的竖向承载力,提高结构体系的安全性和可靠性,加大抗拔力,减小位移,使结构整体刚度加大,具有更大的稳定性,能够有效降低施工难度。
