The invention provides a turbid water clearing system and an underwater robot thereof. Specifically, the turbid water clearing system is used for assisting the underwater robot in operation and comprises a foldable isolation cover and a water changing unit, wherein the foldable isolation cover is used for isolating an action area and a non-operation area of the underwater robot, and the operation area is located in the foldable isolation cover in an extending state; and the water changing unit is configured to discharge turbid water in the operation area and fill the operation area with clear water. According to the turbid water clearing system and the underwater robot thereof, the action area and the non-operation area of the underwater robot are isolated through the foldable isolation cover, the water changing unit is combined to discharge the turbid water in the operation area and fill the operation area with the clear water, and thus the operation requirements of the underwater robot are met.
