The problems that an existing drainage inspection well has water seepage and is low in quality qualification rate are solved. The construction method has the effects that the situations of water seepage at the joint of the pipeline and the well wall and water seepage at the shaft part are reduced, and the construction quality qualification rate of the drainage inspection well is increased.
