The invention discloses a thermal insulation wall for a green and environment-friendly building. The thermal insulation wall for a green and environment-friendly building comprises a wall main body, an inner thermal insulation plate layer, an outer thermal insulation plate layer, an inner fireproof plate layer and an outer fireproof plate layer. The invention further discloses a construction method of the thermal insulation wall for a green and environment-friendly building. The construction method comprise the following steps: positioning and installing the inner thermal insulation plate layer and the outer thermal insulation plate layer through connecting pieces, transverse positioning plates and vertical positioning plates, positioning and fixing the inner thermal insulation plate layer and the outer thermal insulation plate layer through a building formwork on outer sides of the inner thermal insulation plate layer and the outer thermal insulation plate layer, conducting concrete pouring, detaching the building formwork, and fixing and installing the inner fireproof plate layer and the outer fireproof plate. The inner thermal insulation plate layer and the outer thermal insulation plate layer are arranged, the inner thermal insulation plate layer and the outer thermal insulation plate layer are positioned and fixed through the connecting pieces, a mode of conducting fixing and pouring the wall main body can effectively enhance connecting stability between the wall main body, the inner thermal insulation plate layer and the outer thermal insulation plate layer.
