The invention discloses an energy-saving building ventilation type roof structure. The energy-saving building ventilation type roof structure comprises a plurality of steel beams which are transversely arranged in parallel in the front-back direction; the middle positions of the steel beams are bent to form groove parts; a middle cover plate is arranged above the plurality of steel beams and corresponds to the upper portions of the groove parts; connecting rods are arranged at the bottom of the middle cover plate; the lower ends of the connecting rods and the steel beams are welded and fixed; water guide grooves are assembled between the plurality of steel beams; upwards-protruding connecting pipes are arranged at the groove bottom positions of the water guide grooves; the connecting rods downwards penetrate through the connecting pipes; and screws are arranged between the connecting pipes and the connecting rods in a matched mode. The energy-saving building ventilation type roof structure can conduct ventilation on the top of a plant, and the operation mode is simple.
