The invention discloses a supporting device and a formwork frame. The supporting device comprises a top supporting base, a single-top supporting assembly and a bottom supporting base, wherein the top supporting base comprises a first base body and a first connecting part, the first connecting part is arranged on the first base body, the center of the first base body is located on the center line of the first connecting part, the single-top supporting assembly comprises a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece, the end of the first supporting piece abuts against the first base body and is connected with the first connecting part in a sleeved mode, the second supporting piece is movably connected to the first supporting piece, the bottom supporting base comprises a second bottom plate, and the second bottom plate abuts against the end, away from the first supporting piece, of the second supporting piece. According to the supporting device and the formwork frame, the center of the first base body is located on the center line of the first connecting part, so that the first connecting part is arranged in the middle relative to the first base body, the top supporting base is of a standard part capable of being prepared in batches, the standard rate of formworks is increased, and the cyclic utilization rate of the top supporting base is increased.
