The invention discloses a reverse charging door lock and a reverse charging system. The reverse charging door lock comprises a lock body, an energy storage module, a control module and a transceiving module; the transceiving module is configured to output a first electric signal and/or first unlocking information in response to a wireless signal of external charging equipment; the energy storage module is configured to perform energy storage charging according to the first electric signal; the control module is configured to control the lock body to be unlocked according to the first unlocking information; and the energy storage module and the transceiving module are both located on the lock body. According to the reverse charging door lock, the door lock can be charged instantly according to the electric signal from the external equipment, meanwhile, unlocking can be conducted according to the unlocking information transmitted by the external equipment, a power source does not need to be replaced regularly, unlocking is achieved through double judgment of the unlocking information and the electric signal, and instantaneity and safety are achieved.
