Geopolymer-based greening outer wall system and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a geopolymer-based greening outer wall system and a manufacturing method thereof. The greening outer wall system comprises a wall body, an adsorption layer and a planting layer. The adsorption layer is adhered to the outer surface of the wall body and comprises an adhesive, nutrient soil and a water-retaining agent. The planting layer is attached to the surface of the adsorption layer and comprises nutrient soil, an adhesive, grass seeds and a water-retaining agent. The nutrient soil is a mixture of water-containing sludge, potassium peroxide, carbon nitride and iron phosphate. The adhesive is a mixture of metakaolin, liquid water glass and nutrient soil. According to the system, the greening outer wall system suitable for vegetation growth is obtained by utilizing the adsorption layer coated on the wall body and the planting layer attached to the adsorption layer. The adsorption layer and the planting layer are organically combined, on one hand, nutrient substances are provided for vegetation, on the other hand, a necessary space for growth and fixation of the roots of the vegetation is provided, the vegetation is tightly attached to the wall surface, the adhesive force is high, the vegetation grows more firmly, and the falling risk is avoided.
