According to the invention, the whole device can be lengthened and shortened through the folding mechanism, so that the device is convenient to carry, a user does not need to stand on a ladder, and high safety is achieved; and the splashed paint can be blocked through an anti-splashing mechanism, so that the paint is prevented from being splashed to a human body.
