High-strength high-performance concrete admixture and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, and discloses a high-strength high-performance concrete admixture which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of a non-polar solvent, 10-15% of water-soluble calcium salt, 3-5% of an emulsifier, 0.5-1% of a co-stabilizer, 8-11% of tetraethyl silicate, 0.1-0.2% of ammonia water and 10-28% of water. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a preparation method of the high-strength high-performance concrete admixture, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing and stirring a mixed and prepared solution and a non-polar solution added with the emulsifier and the co-stabilizer in a water bath under the condition of 25-40 DEG C, and carrying out pre-emulsification treatment by virtue of an ultrasonic emulsification instrument, subjecting an obtained emulsified solution to heating demulsification treatment, so that when the prepared admixture is added into concrete, the admixture can be more uniformly mixed with the concrete, the strength of the concrete is improved by the admixture, and is more convenient to use.
