The invention relates to the technical field of road repairing, in particular to a road repairing asphalt mixture and a construction method thereof. The road repairing asphalt mixture is prepared from epoxy modified asphalt, acrylic resin, cement, water, carbon fibers, porous aggregate, small repairing balls and sodium bentonite. The epoxy modified asphalt and the acrylic resin in the mixture are subjected to hot pressing and then are mutually crosslinked to form an IPN network, the pavement performance and the strength of the mixture can be improved, in addition, after cracks are generated in the mixture, the dry alkyd resin filled in the repairing small balls can permeate into the cracks, reacts with oxygen and then is gradually crosslinked and cured, the cracks are bonded and repaired, therefore, the service life of the mixture is prolonged, practical significance and popularization value are achieved, and it is expected that good economic benefits can be generated.
