Low-shrinkage basalt fiber cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-shrinkage basalt fiber cement mortar and a preparation method thereof. The cement mortar is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 1-3 parts of basalt fiber, 200-300 parts of medium-coarse sand and 30-50 parts of water. The preparation method of the cement mortar comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring ordinary Portland cement and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain cement paste; s2, uniformly adding basalt fibers into the cement paste, and uniformly stirring to obtain basalt fiber cement paste; and S3, uniformly adding the medium-coarse sand into the basalt fiber cement paste, and uniformly stirring to obtain the low-shrinkage basalt fiber cement mortar. The breaking strength and the shrinkage resistance of the cement mortar prepared by the invention are obviously superior to those of a mortar test piece in the prior art.
本发明公开了一种低收缩玄武岩纤维水泥砂浆及其制备方法,所述水泥砂浆主要由以下重量份的原料制成:普通硅酸盐水泥100份、玄武岩纤维1~3份、中粗砂200~300份、水30~50份。所述水泥砂浆制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:将普通硅酸盐水泥与水混合搅拌,搅拌均匀后得到水泥净浆;S2:将玄武岩纤维均匀加入到水泥净浆中,搅拌均匀后得到玄武岩纤维水泥净浆;S3:将中粗砂均匀的加入到玄武岩纤维水泥净浆中,待搅拌均匀后得到低收缩性玄武岩纤维水泥砂浆。本发明制备的水泥砂浆,其抗折强度和抵抗收缩性能明显优于现有技术中的砂浆试件。
