The structure comprises a steel corbel, a fixed top plate and an anti-seismic check block, the steel corbel is fixed above the side wall of a bridge pier through a steel corbel bolt, the fixed top plate is fixed at the top of the steel corbel, the anti-seismic check block is arranged on the upper portion of the fixed top plate, two vertical baffles are arranged on the top of the anti-seismic check block, and collision rubbers are arranged on the lower portions and the middle portions of the inner walls of the vertical baffles; and a beam plate is fixed to the bottom of the main beam, a connecting baffle is arranged in the middle of the lower surface of the beam plate, the bottom of the connecting baffle is connected with a collision cylinder, and the collision cylinder is located among the four pieces of collision rubbers.
