The invention discloses an automatic electric water heater drip irrigation maintenance device for a cable-stayed bridge tower. The device comprises a shunting water pipe and a plurality of drip irrigation thin pipes, and each drip irrigation thin pipe is radially connected with the shunting water pipe; and a tail end of the shunting water pipe is blocked, and the head end of the shunting water pipe is connected with a hot water supply system through a soft water inlet pipe. The drip irrigation device is placed at the top end of the tower column, drip irrigation maintenance is performed on the surface of the tower column from top to bottom in an all-around mode, the water retention effect of the concrete surface after mold loosening is guaranteed, the water retention effect of the concrete surface after mold loosening is guaranteed, dry cracks are avoided, meanwhile, the water temperature of drip irrigation water can be controlled according to the surface temperature of the tower column, therefore, a relatively small temperature difference between the concrete and the drip irrigation water is kept, and the strength loss of the tower column cannot be caused in the drip irrigation maintenance process.
