The invention discloses a smart parking building based on a smart city. The smart parking building comprises a building body, wherein a first partition plate is arranged in the middle of the building body, a water pipe is installed on the side face of the first partition plate, a spray head is installed on the surface of the water pipe, a car washing controller is installed on the side face of the first partition plate, a parking room is arranged in the building body, a rotating plate is arranged in the parking room, a first anti-skid pad is pasted to the top end of the rotating plate, and a car is placed at the top end of the first anti-skid pad. The car is washed, a driver is helped to reduce the special car washing process, and time is saved. The driver can quickly and safely drive the car into the parking room, water accumulation in the parking room is avoided, and meanwhile water drainage can cool the building body.
