The device comprises a photosensitive control device main body; a fixed water tank is fixedly mounted in the photosensitive control device main body; a cold air cabinet is fixedly mounted in the fixed water tank; a sliding way is formed in the outer wall of the cold air cabinet; sliding wheels are slidably connected into the sliding way; a movable plate is fixedly installed on the left sides of the sliding wheels; and a through hole is formed in the cold air cabinet. By installing a fixed baffle and a movable plate in the fixed water tank, water in the fixed water tank can be partially evaporated when the light irradiation intensity is increased, so that pressure intensity in the fixed water tank is increased, the movable plate is pushed to move, and the water in the fixed water tank enters a U-shaped water outlet pipeline through the through hole. Therefore, the opening of a sunshade curtain switch is controlled by a water level height, and the effect of controlling the lifting of the multiple layers of the sunshade curtains according to the light intensity is achieved.
