The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a fire pump room construction method based on DFMA, which comprises the following steps: carrying out deepened design on an equipment room by adopting a BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology; carrying out coincidence comparison on the BIM model and a three-dimensional point cloud model exported on site; using bracket load calculation software for bracket load rechecking; dividing the fire pump room into a plurality of areas according to the arrangement condition of equipment pipelines of the fire pump room and a planned construction sequence; subjecting equipment in the fire pump room to modular splitting, and splitting all components; simulating the construction sequence of the equipment by using a 3D printing technology, and making a 3D model; prefabricating the pipelines and the supports in the construction site through a movable machining plant; and assembling and installing on site. By means of the fire pump room construction method, construction is convenient, the transportation cost is saved, the construction efficiency is improved, the secondary modification time is shortened, and application and popularization are easy.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,公开了一种基于DFMA的消防泵房施工方法,包括以下步骤:采用BIM技术对设备机房进行深化设计;将BIM模型与现场导出的三维点云模型进行重合对比;使用支架载荷计算软件进行支架荷载复核;将消防泵房按消防泵房设备管线排布情况及计划施工顺序划分多个区域;对消防泵房内设备进行模块化拆分,并对各构件进行拆分;使用3D打印技术对设备进行施工次序进行模拟,并制作3D模型;在施工现场内使用移动式加工厂对管道及支架进行预制;现场装配安装。采用本发明提供的消防泵房施工方法,不仅方便施工,而且节约运输成本,提高了施工效率,缩短了二次修改时间,易于推广使用。
