The invention discloses a wind power, hydraulic power and solar energy integrated renewable energy utilization device which comprises a foundation located on the ground and a reservoir arranged on the ground. The reservoir is located below the foundation, the top of the foundation is fixedly connected with a fixing seat, an irrigation pipe fixedly sleeves the outer wall of the fixing seat, and one side, far away from the fixing seat, of the irrigation pipe is communicated with a plurality of nozzles at equal intervals. The device is convenient to use, the wind power, solar energy and hydraulic power can be fully utilized through a wind driven generator, a solar cell panel and a turbine, and an inclination angle of a solar cell panel can be changed along with the rotation of a gear, so that the solar cell panel can be fully irradiated by the sunlight. When a field is irrigated, the accumulated water in the reservoir generates a water flow, then the hydraulic power is converted into the electric energy through the turbine, so that not only the manpower is saved, but also the natural energy can be fully utilized, and the purpose of environmental protection is achieved.
