The invention discloses a carpet-imitated PVC stone-plastic floor and a processing method and device thereof. The carpet-imitated PVC stone-plastic floor comprises a box body, stone-plastic-based material sheets, a lifting adjusting mechanism, a cooling mechanism and a stirring mechanism, and conveying openings used for containing the stone-plastic-based material sheets are formed in the two opposite side walls of the box body. According to a cooling and shaping device, the position of a cooling frame is adjusted through a hydraulic telescopic rod, so that the cooling mechanism can be tightly attached to stone-plastic-based material sheets with different thicknesses, and the cooling and shaping device continuously conveys low-temperature cooling liquid into the cooling frame through a refrigerator, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe to ensure that a cooling pressing plate keeps a continuous low-temperature state. According to the cooling and shaping device, blades and sleeves are driven to rotate by using the flowing force of the cooling liquid, so that the cooling liquid in the cooling frame is stirred by stirring rods, the temperature of the cooling liquid in the cooling frame is kept uniform, and the cooling efficiency of the cooling pressing plate is improved.
