The invention discloses a lifting device for constructional engineering. The lifting device comprises a bearing shell, lifting ropes, supporting seats, a rotating shaft rotationally mounted on the bearing shell, two first screw rods, two stability maintaining mechanisms and an adjusting mechanism. A first bevel gear and a second bevel gear are fixedly connected to the rotating shaft. Each first screw rod is provided with a third bevel gear and a rotating wheel, and each first screw rod is in threaded connection with a cam. Each stability maintaining mechanism comprises an electric push rod installed on the surface of one side of the bearing shell, a moving block is installed at the driving end of each electric push rod, and fixing plates used in cooperation with the moving blocks are installed on one sides of the bearing shell.
