Highway roadbed cement and application method thereof
The invention discloses highway roadbed cement and an application method thereof. The highway roadbed cement is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 50-70 parts of cement clinker, 15-25 parts of blast furnace slag, 5-10 parts of modified ardealite, 5-7 parts of dry fly ash, 5-8 parts of a mixed retarder and 2-4 parts of nano-montmorillonite, wherein the mixed retarder is organic carboxylate and inorganic zinc salt, and the inorganic zinc salt comprises zinc chloride, zinc sulfate and zinc carbonate. In the preparation process of the cement, the mixed retarder capable of prolonging the setting rate of the cement is added, so the rate of setting among the internal components of the cement is properly reduced; and thus, when a worker paves the cement on a highway roadbed, enough time can be provided for timely paving and tidying cement paved on a highway roadbed surface, the surface of the cement paved on the roadbed surface is more horizontal and neat after the cement is solidified, and the cement paving quality of the highway roadbed surface is improved.
本发明公开了一种高速路基水泥及其应用方法,所述高速路基水泥包括以下按重量份计的原料组分:水泥熟料50~70份、高炉矿渣15~25份、改性磷石膏5~10份、干粉煤灰5~7份、混合缓凝剂5~8份和纳米蒙脱土2~4份,所述混合缓凝剂为有机羧酸盐和无机锌盐,无机锌盐包括氯化锌、硫酸锌、碳酸锌,本发明通过在水泥的制备过程中,加入了具有延长水泥凝固速率的混合缓凝剂,其内部成分间的凝结速率得到适当的降低,从而使得工人在对高速路基铺设水泥时,能够有足够的时间对铺设在高速路基面的水泥进行及时的铺平与整理的工作,使铺设在路基表面的水泥在凝固后表面更加的水平整齐,提高高速公路路基面的水泥铺设质量。
