According to the invention, part of cement in commercial concrete can be effectively replaced, so that the cement consumption in the commercial concrete is effectively reduced; and the use amount of cement in constructional engineering every year can be reduced, so that the effects of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved. According to the invention, the suitability of commercial concrete can be effectively improved, and the pumping performance of the concrete can be fundamentally improved. The tailings of the iron ore and the high-calcium stone are both waste utilization, and resources can be saved to the maximum extent.
