When the silane-treated zeolite powder disclosed by the invention is doped into concrete, the early fluidity of a concrete mixture is not obviously reduced due to the doping of the silane-treated zeolite powder, the production and construction requirements of pump concrete can be met, and the optimal doping amount is 10 wt%-20 wt% of the use amount of cement. The problem that the concrete doped with natural zeolite powder is difficult to construct due to the fact that the fluidity is greatly reduced is solved, meanwhile, the silane-treated zeolite powder subjected to hole sealing in the hardened concrete is deblocked, the hardened concrete can absorb and store more moisture, and therefore the self-curing capacity of the concrete is improved, and the later strength and durability of the concrete are improved.
