The invention discloses a sludge curing agent for ecological planting. The sludge curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of modified waste concrete micro powder, 5-10% of lithium slag, 10-35% of plant fibers, 1-4% of ferrous sulfate, 5-20% of active magnesium oxide, 1-5% of super absorbent resin and 3-10% of a biological leavening agent, wherein the modified waste concrete micro powder is prepared by sorting, crushing, screening and dehydrating construction waste. According to the method, the modified waste concrete micro powder, the active magnesium oxide and the lithium slag are fully utilized to provide a weakly alkaline environment in a gradient manner, and the curing material system design and optimization means are combined, so that the sludge curing effect can be further improved on the basis of meeting the ecological planting requirements, and the method has remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
