One-time sintered alumina ceramic glazing method and product
The invention relates to a one-time sintered alumina ceramic glazing method, which comprises: taking 40-65% by mass of alumina powder, 10-30% by mass of spodumene, 1-3% by mass of silica, 2-5% by mass of calcium carbonate, 5-8% by mass of iron oxide, 0.5-2% by mass of cobalt oxide, 0.5-2% by mass of manganese oxide and 1-3% by mass of kaolin, conducting grinding, and preparing a slurry in a heating barrel at a temperature of 50-80 DEG C to obtain a ceramic raw material; taking 45-60% by mass of potassium feldspar, 15-25% by mass of calcite, 3-5% by mass of calcium carbonate, 5-8% by mass of kaolin and 8-15% by mass of black cobalt oxide; adding 40-60% of water, conducting grinding to obtain glaze with the pH value of 8-9, and taking out the material for later use; adding the ceramic raw materials prepared in the first step into a hot die-casting forming machine for die-casting forming, and conducting powder burying, wax discharging, furnace discharging and ash removal treatment to obtain a ceramic product; and adding the glaze in the second step into a glazing machine to spray glaze on the ceramic product, and conducting sintering in a furnace to obtain a high-temperature alumina glazed ceramic product. By applying the novel process, only one-time sintering operation is needed, the process processing time is shortened, the cost is reduced, and the product stability is improved.
本发明涉及一次烧结氧化铝陶瓷上釉方法,包括以下步骤:按质量比取氧化铝粉40‑65%、锂辉石10‑30%、二氧化硅1‑3%、碳酸钙2‑5%、氧化铁5‑8%、氧化钴0.5‑2%、氧化锰0.5‑2%和高领土1‑3%,研磨后在50‑80度温度加热桶中制作浆料,获得陶瓷原材料;按质量比取钾长石45‑60%、方解石15‑25%、碳酸钙3‑5%、高领土5‑8%和黑色氧化钴8‑15%;加入40‑60%的水研磨至浓度PH值为8‑9的釉料,取出备用;将第一步中将制做好的陶瓷原材料加入到热压铸成型机中压铸成型,经埋粉排腊,并出炉清灰处理后获得陶瓷制品;将第二步中的釉料加入上釉机中对陶瓷制品喷釉,再进炉烧结,获得高温氧化铝上釉陶瓷产品;应用本发明的新型工艺,仅需要进行一次烧结操作,缩减了工艺加工时长,降低了成本,提升了产品的稳定性。
