The carborundum layer is adhered to the surface of the seam attaching belt body, so that the skid resistance of a vehicle can be improved, and the probability of tire skid is reduced; and the situation that the seam attaching belt body is rolled away by an automobile tire is avoided, and then the service life of the seam attaching belt body is prolonged.
