The invention discloses a movable flood prevention and drainage device, and effectively solves the problems that a conventional movable flood prevention and drainage device also needs to consume most manpower to carry sand bags, thus, overall deployment of flood fighting and disaster relief is affected, the existing flood prevention and drainage device cannot quickly arrive at a designated site, most drainage devices only can purely pump water but cannot barrier flood, and the water drainage efficiency is affected due to the fact that branch garbage and the like can be attracted to a water pump opening under the suction effect of a water pump in the water pumping process, and the water pump opening is blocked. A moving box capable of moving front and back is in slidable connection to the left side of the upper end of a trolley body, overturning plates are respectively and rotationally connected to the front side and the rear side of the trolley body, the overturning plates can slide towards the rear side along with the movable box and rotate towards the outer side at the same time, a stretching plate is slidably conneted to the outer side of each of the overturning plates, the stretching plates can rotate towards the outer side along with the overturning plates and slide towards the outer side at the same time, and a lifting plate which can vertically ascend along with outward overturning of the overturning plates is slidably connected to the lower end of the trolley body.
