The invention discloses a highway slope reinforcing device which comprises vertical rib columns, an anchoring structure, prefabricated water storage layers, waterproof baffles and stone laying frames. A water collecting ditch is formed in the top of a side slope body; a drainage ditch is formed in the bottom of the side slope body; an overflow ditch communicating the water collecting ditch with the drainage ditch is formed in the slope surface of the side slope body; the multiple vertical rib columns are embedded into the side slope body from the bottom face of the water collecting ditch; the multiple waterproof baffles are arranged on the side slope face in the slope direction of the side slope body; the prefabricated water storage layers are arranged on the upper sides and the lower sides of the waterproof baffles; water passing holes communicating with the prefabricated water storage layers are formed in the side wall of the water collecting ditch; the anchoring structure is anchored to the prefabricated water storage layers; the stone laying frames are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of a anchoring net in a connected mode; and the stone laying frames are filled with planting soil. According to the highway slope reinforcing device, the prefabricated water storage layers are based on a stable side slope body structure, so that throttling and water storage are achieved, and a sufficient water source is provided for planting vegetation on the side slope body. Therefore, the problem that plants on an existing side slope body lack water is solved, and the effects of protecting the side slope body and greening the side slope body are achieved.
