A water outlet device of a deodorization urinal comprises a urine outlet device installed in a water outlet hole (11) of an inner cavity of the urinal (1), the urine outlet device comprises a valve body (2), and urine in the urinal (1) can flow into the valve body (2) from a top opening (21) of the valve body (2) and flow out from a bottom opening (22) of the valve body (2), a valve element (3) is arranged in the valve body (2), wherein the valve element (3) can automatically open a bottom opening (22) of the valve body when urine exists and can automatically close the bottom opening (22) through gravity when no urine exists. The device has the advantages that when urine exists in the water outlet hole, the urine can automatically strike the valve element through the dead weight to pass through the water outlet hole, and when the urine in the urinal is discharged from the water hole and no liquid exists, the valve element can automatically close the valve element through the gravity to seal the water outlet hole, therefore, unpleasant odor in the urination catheter and a sewer communicated with the urination catheter can be effectively prevented from diffusing upwards from the water outlet hole, and the pollution degree of the unpleasant odor in a public toilet is effectively prevented and reduced.
