Open cut type improved prefabricated riding well construction method
The invention provides an open cut type improved prefabricated riding well construction method. The construction method includes the steps that step 1, a road surface is broken; step 2, high-pressure jet grouting piles are driven to form soil retaining piles; step 3, open excavation of a foundation pit and construction of a concrete cushion layer are conducted, and a working well and a receiving well are excavated on the two sides of the foundation pit; step 4, a prefabricated reinforced concrete well chamber base is lowered; step 5, an underground pipeline is constructed in a pipe jacking mode; step 6, the underground pipeline located in the prefabricated reinforced concrete well chamber base is cut off; step 7, a prefabricated reinforced concrete well chamber cylinder, a prefabricated reinforced concrete cover plate, two prefabricated reinforced concrete shafts, a prefabricated reinforced concrete walling crib and a well lid matched with the prefabricated reinforced concrete walling crib are sequentially installed above the prefabricated reinforced concrete well chamber base from bottom to top, and the assembly of a prefabricated riding well is completed; and step 8, gaps in the foundation pit are backfilled and the road surface is repaired. According to the open cut type improved prefabricated riding well construction method, the open excavation method replaces an existing open caisson method and a wall protection method, so that the construction progress can be effectively accelerated; and an existing cast-in-situ riding well is replaced by the prefabricated riding well, so that the material cost can be greatly reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明提出一种明挖式改良型预制骑马井施工方法,步骤有:1、破除路面;2、施打高压旋喷桩形成挡土桩;3、明挖基坑及施工混凝土垫层,基坑两侧开挖工作井及接收井;4、下放预制钢筋砼井室座;5、顶管方式施工地下管道;6、截断位于预制钢筋砼井室座内的地下管道;7、在预制钢筋砼井室座的上方,由下至上依次安装预制钢筋砼井室筒、预制钢筋砼盖板、2个预制钢筋砼井筒、预制钢筋砼井圈、和与预制钢筋砼井圈配套的井盖,完成预制骑马井组装;8、回填基坑内空隙及修复路面。本发明以明挖法代替现有的沉井法及护壁法,能有效地加快施工进度;又以预制骑马井代替现有的现浇骑马井,能大大降低材料成本、及提高施工效率。
