The invention discloses a concrete wall formwork matching method. The method comprises the following steps of back ridge selection, plate strip machining, door opening and stack head reinforcement, and internal corner and external corner reinforcement. According to the method, waste formworks are selected for machining plate strips, and bolt holes can be formed in the plate strips through a formwork matching mode that the plate strips and the whole formworks are arranged at intervals, so that the whole formworks are free of damage, the whole formwork rate and the site construction efficiency are guaranteed, the formworks are utilized to the maximum extent, and site loss is reduced; a door opening and a stack head are fixed through a U-shaped adjustable beam clamp, so that the reinforcing range of a concrete wall block in the horizontal direction is enlarged, the end rigidity requirement is completely met, and site operation and inspection are convenient and fast; and an external corner and an internal corner are fixed through a vertical keel, the rigidity of the external corner and the internal corner is enhanced, and a shear wall formwork does not need to be damaged such as trepanning, and the perfectness rate of the formwork is further guaranteed.
本发明公开一种混凝土墙体模板配模方法,包括以下步骤:背楞选用、板带加工、门洞和垛头加固和阴角和阳角加固;本发明通过选用废旧模板加工板带,并通过板带和模板整板间隔排布的配模方式,使螺栓孔可以设置在板带上,从而实现模板整板的免破损,保证了模板整板率和现场施工效率,最大限度的利用了模板,并减少了现场损耗,通过U型可调梁夹对门洞和垛头进行固定,从而使混凝土墙块的水平方向加固范围增大,并完全满足端部刚度要求,且对现场操作及检查较为便捷,而通过竖向龙骨对阳角和阴角进行固定,不仅加强了阳角和阴角的刚度,还无需对剪力墙模板进行开孔之类的破损,进一步保障模板的完好率。
