The invention relates to a hanging construction method for an overhanging and downward-hanging type cast-in-place slab. The hanging construction method includes the steps that step 1, a formwork jig frame is assembled; step 2, an upper-layer steel beam and a lower-layer steel beam are hoisted to the corresponding positions of a steel column and installation is finished; step 3, the assembled formwork jig frame and the lower-layer steel beam are fixed together; step 4, a wire tightening buckle is arranged on a sling, the lower end of the sling is fixed to the formwork jig frame, the upper end of the sling is fixed to the upper-layer steel beam, and the sling is initially tightened through the wire tightening buckle; step 5, battens are laid on the formwork jig frame, and formworks are laid on the battens; step 6, structural steel bars are laid on the formworks, and concrete is poured and tamped; and step 7, after the strength grade of the concrete meets the requirement, firstly the wire tightening buckle is loosened, then the formwork jig frame is disassembled, then the battens and the formworks are disassembled, and finally the sling is disassembled, so that the construction of the layer of the overhanging and downward-hanging type cast-in-place slab is completed.
