The invention discloses a hidden hinge and an T-shaped anti-theft fireproof door. The T-shaped anti-theft fireproof door comprises the hidden hinge, and the hidden hinge comprises a first mounting base, a second mounting base and a connecting assembly, wherein an avoiding groove is formed in the second mounting base, the connecting assembly comprises a connecting piece and a pivot shaft, one end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected to the first mounting base, the other end of the connecting piece is rotatably connected to the second mounting base through the pivot shaft, the connecting piece is U-shaped and can be contained in the avoiding groove, during use, the first mounting base is embedded in a door frame, the second mounting base is embedded in a door leaf, the connecting piece is in a U shape, and the second mounting base is provided with the avoiding groove capable of containing the connecting piece, so that the second mounting base can rotate by 180 degrees relative to the connecting piece, namely, the door leaf can rotate by 180 degrees relative to the door frame, therefore, the door leaf can be prevented from occupying the position of an escape channel when being opened, so that a user can escape in case of a fire, and a fire hose can pass through conveniently.
