CAPACITOR
A capacitor of the present disclosure is provided with a capacitor main body in which a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of internal electrode layers are alternately laminated. The dielectric layers each have crystal grains, grain boundaries and metal grains. The average diameter of the metal grains is smaller than the average diameter of the crystal grains and larger than the average width of interfacial grain boundaries among the grain boundaries. Observing the vertical cross section of the dielectric layer shows that the metal grains are distributed in the width direction and the thickness direction of the dielectric layer.
本公开的电容器包括电介质层和内部电极层交替地层叠了多层的电容器主体。电介质层具有晶粒、晶界和金属粒子。金属粒子的平均粒径比晶粒的平均粒径小,且比晶界当中二面间晶界的平均宽度大。在观察电介质层的纵剖面时,金属粒子分布在电介质层的宽度方向以及厚度方向。
