Novel microminiature mine wastewater ecological treatment system
The invention relates to a novel microminiature mine wastewater ecological treatment system which comprises a mountain body. A water storage hole is formed in the side slope of the mountain body; a water pump, a control system and a reservoir are arranged at the mountain horizon; a filtering device is arranged at the opening of the water storage hole; a water purification layer is arranged at the bottom of the water storage hole; a water level sensor is arranged at the bottom of the water storage hole; a water pipe is embedded in the side slope of the mountain body, one end of the water pipe is communicated with the water storage hole and extends into the bottom of the water storage hole, and the other end of the water pipe is connected with a water pump and extends into the reservoir; the control system is electrically connected with the water level sensor and the water pump; the filtering device comprises a group of guide rollers and a filter screen; the filtering screen is in a cylindrical shape; the guide rollers are respectively connected to the upper end and the lower end of a hole of the water storage hole; and the filtering screen is mounted between the guide rollers and is tightened. The mine ecological environment can be improved, dopants in the wastewater can be filtered, the wastewater can be reused, and ecological resources can be fully utilized.
本发明涉及一种新型微小型矿山废水生态处理系统,包括山体,所述的山体的边坡设有储水洞;所述的山体地平处设有水泵、控制系统和蓄水池;所述的储水洞的洞口设有过滤装置;所述的储水洞的底部设有净水层;所述的储水洞的底部设有水位传感器;所述的山体的边坡处埋设有水管,水管的一端与储水洞连通且伸入储水洞底部,另一端与水泵连接并伸入蓄水池内;所述的控制系统分别与水位传感器和水泵电性连接;所述的过滤装置包括一组导向锟和过滤网;所述的过滤网为圆筒形状;所述的导向锟分别连接在储水洞的洞口上下两端;所述的过滤网安装在导向锟之间并绷紧。本发明能够改善矿山生态环境,过滤废水中的掺杂物,再次利用废水,充分利用生态资源。
