The invention discloses a formula of a composite bubble mixed light soil foaming agent. The foaming agent is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of paper pulp waste liquid, 2-6 parts of vegetable oil, 10-25 parts of a vegetable protein extract, 2-8 parts of bamboo charcoal powder, 2-8 parts of an amphiphilic surfactant, 6-10 parts of a stabilizer, 4-12 parts of a regulator and 30-40 parts of pure water. According to the formula and the preparation process of the composite bubble mixed light soil foaming agent, the paper pulp waste liquid and the plant protein extract are mixed and subjected to water bath to prepare the foaming agent mother liquor, and recycling of the paper pulp waste liquid is achieved. Meanwhile, the protein extracting solution in the soybeans can effectively improve the viscosity of the mother solution, so that subsequent sufficient mixing of other materials is facilitated; besides, the amphiphilic surfactant can effectively reduce the tension of the bubble surface; in cooperation with the use of the stabilizer, the stability of bubbles can be enhanced, and collapse of the mixed light soil material in the foaming process is avoided; the bamboo charcoal powder is added, so that the catalytic effect is achieved, and the subsequent peculiar smell adsorption capacity is also given to the foamed mixed light soil, and therefore, the practicability of the material is improved.
本发明公开了一种复合型气泡混合轻质土发泡剂配方,由以下材料的重量份的成分组成:纸浆废液20‑35份、植物油2‑6份、植物蛋白提取物10‑25份、竹炭粉2‑8份、双性表面活性剂2‑8份、稳定剂6‑10份、调节剂4‑12份和纯水30‑40份。该复合型气泡混合轻质土发泡剂配方及其制备工艺采用纸浆废液以及植物蛋白提取物进行混合水浴制得发泡剂母液,实现了纸浆废液的回收利用,同时大豆中的蛋白提取液可以有效提高母液的粘稠度,便于后续其余材料的充分混合,同时双性表面活性剂可以有效降低气泡表面的张力,配合稳定剂的使用可以增强气泡的稳定性,避免发泡过程中造成混合轻质土材料的坍塌,而竹炭粉的加入即起到了催化作用也赋予了发泡混合轻质土后续的异味吸附能力,提高了材料的实用性。
